James joined the business in 2017 when his previous employer was acquired by Associated Telecom. With a long history in the Telecoms industry, from Junior sales roles up to multiple Directorship’s, James’ remit has been to develop a strategy allowing the business to grow organically, whilst also ensuring we maintain existing relationships with customers and partners to continue our unrivalled record of retaining customers. James has a young family, and is a keen golfer and football fan, where he can regularly be found at Villa Park with his daughters who are Aston Villa mad!

Hi I’m Connor, Head of Mobile. I am responsible for overseeing the connection process and aftercare for all of our mobile customers. Outside of work I love a good box set or film (usually something Sci-Fi related) whilst completing the latetest Lego set. Our flat is slowly but surely turning into Shrewsbury’s very own Lego store.

Hi! I’m Lizz, Head of Unified Commuincations. I have been in telecoms for over 7 years and have been involved in all departments from Sales, Operations, Finance and Billing! I currently oversee our UC Operations department which includes our Order Processing, Helpdesk, Installations and Billing teams. No customer is too small and everyone matters to me at Associated Telecom. I like to think that we give a great customer service to our customers and I am always looking to improve our processes. I enjoy helping all members of the team and you will normally find me singing a bit too loud to the Alexa or feeding the office a considerable amount of junk food! Outside of work, I enjoy letting my hair down with my friends, enjoying family time with my daughter at the park or farms and walking my dog.

Amy joined Associated Telecom in 2023 and is responsible for driving the growth and performance of the Business Development team. She spends much of her time training and mentoring individuals to ensure we cen keep helping as many businesses as we can. Outside of work, Amy enjoys socialising with friends and keeping active, bringing the same energy and enthusiasm into both her personal and work life.

I’m Head of Managed Services with over a decade of experience in the managed IT services industry. I’ve worked across almost every role in an MSP—from technician through to managing director—which gives me a practical, end‑to‑end understanding of how technology should support real businesses. When I’m not working I love exercising, film photography and gaming.

I’m a Senior Project Coordinator within the UC Operations team, bringing two years of experience in the telecoms industry and a strong, fast-growing knowledge base. I particularly enjoy leading onboarding calls, where I can dive into understanding each customer’s current setup and set the foundation for a smooth project journey.
Outside of work, I’m a former black belt kickboxer, and I enjoy spending quality time with my family and travelling with my partner.

I am a Senior Support Engineer with over seven years of experience in the telecommunications industry, specialising in VoIP system installations and complex cabling projects. I take pride in delivering reliable, high-quality solutions across a range of environments. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active at the gym, improving my golf handicap, and going on long walks with my Staffy, Ralph.

I play a key role in delivering seamless communication solutions for our customers. Since joining the company in late 2025, I’ve been responsible for onboarding both new and existing clients, coordinating the setup of telephone systems and broadband services, and overseeing projects from start to finish.
With a background in project coordination and customer service, I’m passionate about providing a positive customer experience and being a reliable point of contact throughout each stage of the journey. I take pride in understanding client needs and ensuring their expectations are not only met but exceeded.
One of my favourite parts of the role is managing and completing number ports, working closely with customers to ensure a smooth and successful transition.
Outside of work, I enjoy family time and attending concerts. I have a slightly quirky obsession with Shrek and watch the films at least once a month!

With over 8 years of experience in the telecoms industry, I’ve developed a well-rounded skill set across a variety of roles, which has given me valuable insight into different areas of the industry and how they connect to deliver a seamless customer experience. I currently work within the operations department, where I’m responsible for authorising and processing orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency for both new and existing customers, I also handle some billing aspects too.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to my lively 2-year-old son who keeps me on my toes, along with a very energetic border collie who ensures there’s never a dull moment! I enjoy spending quality time with my family, whether that’s days out or relaxing at home. In my spare time – should I get any – I also enjoy playing poker and planning holidays, always looking forward to the next trip and new experiences.

I work in a UC based role and have a focus on billing and deal authorisation while supporting the team on small tasks behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. While I’m new to the industry professionally, I’ve grown up around telecoms, which has given me a natural interest on how everything works. I enjoy the detail driven side of my role to make sure nothing slips through the cracks! I always have to be busy and stay active whilst out of work!

I’m Oliver Bheemul, a Project Engineer in IT Services, specialising in delivering structured and reliable cloud technology projects for businesses. Outside of work, I enjoy good food, spending time with my family, watching F1 and rugby, building LEGO, and the occasional bit of DIY.

Hi! I’m Owen, and I am a helpdesk support engineer on the Unified Communications team. I have a background in telecoms and IT after completing an apprenticeship and have been in the industry for 3 years now. I am dedicated to ensuring customers have an excellent experience and reliable solutions when dealing with me.
I am a big gamer and play a lot of FPS, MOBA and horror games in my spare time, as well as play D&D with my friends every week! I am also a big fan of music with some of my favourite artists being Ariana Grande, SZA and Jennie.

I’m an enthusiastic 18-year-old apprentice with a strong drive to learn and develop my skills. I bring a positive attitude to every task and enjoy working as part of a team, contributing, supporting others, and growing along the way. I’m always ready to take on new challenges and build experience and confidence.
Reliability and approachability are important to me, and I consistently put effort into everything I do. I’m not afraid to get stuck in, whether that means learning something new or stepping up when needed.
Outside of work, I enjoy rugby, motorsport, and cars, as well as baking when I want something more creative and relaxed.

Hi, I’m Tania, and I am the Admin Manager
I manage a fantastic team who process the mobile deals our customers place through their account managers, as well as a multitude of other tasks including ensuring we have an adequate supply of coffee, chocolate and notepads. If I’m organising something I’m in my happy space.
Out of work you will find me in the gym when the birds wake up, and on the fells running when the sun comes. Otherwise, I’m in a garden, the allotment, working with some old bits of wood or finding some other arty craft to fill my overactive brain. On the other side, I love a good night out with friends. Id say I’m a typical northern country girl with one toe dipped in the city.

Outside of work you can find me enjoying music, attending concerts, or spending time with my family. At home, I relax with my two Siamese cats and enjoy time to myself. I also like going to the pub to meet friends and catch up over a gin and lemonade.

Aleyah joined the team late in 2023 and works very closely with the various sales teams within Associated Telecom performing Sales Order Processing, Quality Control amongst many other tasks.

Outside of work Aleyah is a keen traveler and managed to visit 6 new countries last year! When she’s not jet setting across the globe Aleyah loves a movie night or belting out hits on Karaoke.

Stacey is a valued member of our Business Development Team, leveraging her industry experience alongside her personable and engaging approach to introduce Associated Telecom to customers across the UK. Outside of Work, Stacey is a dedicated football mum to her enthusiastic son and daughter. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, including days out and trips to Cornwall, often accompanied by Seth, the family’s Bullmastiff.

Having worked in retail previously, Max entered the telecommunications industry in 2023 and hasnt looked back. When hes not booking meetings with potential clients to discuss ways we can help their business Max is an avid fan of film and TV, loves a quiz and follows Nottingham Forest.

Harry swapped shop floors and drum kits for the world of telecoms in 2022, and hasn’t looked back since. A natural chatterbox, he loves meeting new people and getting them excited about joining the associated telecom family (he calls it igniting the flame!) As a business development executive, bringing energy is part of the job and luckily, Harry has plenty of it. Fun Fact: Harry once played drums at the top of the Wrekin.. which in our opinion makes him a rock pioneer!

Courtney joined the business in July 2025, bringing with him a solid background in IT, having previously worked as both technician and a teacher. Now working as part of our business development team, Courtney’s experience in technical environments helps him communicate complex solutions in a clear and engaging way to customers. outside of work, he spends much of his spare time renovating a property- a hands on hobby that keeps him just as busy as his day job!

Morgan joined the business development team in February 2026 and, with a background in business admin, has really enjoyed starting a new career. Outgoing and confident, Morgan loves connecting with new people, building relationships, and creating positive experiences. In her free time, Morgan enjoys shopping and going on holiday, always looking forward to the new trip or the next find.

Chris has been with us since 2022 and is a dedicated UC Account Manager, bringing over 12 years of industry experience to the role. He takes great pride in his work, striving to deliver outstanding service and support for our customers. Outside of work, Chris is a passionate sports fan. He holds a season ticket at Leicester City FC, where he regularly attends matches with his son and dad, making it a cherished family tradition. He’s also a keen cricket enthusiast and a loyal supporter of the England Cricket Team. Above all, Chris values quality time with his family. Whether it’s enjoying day-to-day moments or heading off on holidays with his wife and two children, he makes the most of every opportunity to create lasting memories.

Ollie Smith has been part of the Associated Telecom team for the past three years, bringing with him five years of experience in the telecoms industry. He is dedicated to building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring they receive reliable, tailored telecom solutions that meet their needs. Known for his personable approach and industry knowledge, Ollie works closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Outside of work, Ollie enjoys staying active through running and golf, and is a passionate football fan. He proudly supports Liverpool FC, sticking with the team through the highs and lows. His proactive mindset and commitment to excellent service make him a trusted point of contact for customers.

Dan is our go to man for anything product related. After joining Associated Telecom in 2017, Dan has built up a lot of industry knowledge and experience in account management along the way. He has taken the time to learn about new products available on the market to ensure customers are informed, updated and future proofed. Dan is always on hand to offer his colleagues support and advice, as well as providing his customers with the highest standard of customer service and in his own words ‘always going that extra mile’. This has allowed Dan to create many long-lasting relationships with his customers and play an important role in their businesses telecommunications. Outside of work, Dan has his hands full looking after his two young children and two dogs but when he has got some spare time you’ll find him on a run or watching Man United! He has completed nine half marathons along with many more 10k runs, and is soon looking forward to completing his tenth half marathon.

Duncan is one of our longest standing team members having joined the business in 2016. Duncan’s main responsibilities are looking after our existing customers and offering any support the customer may need as well as advising them on options available to them whether it be new technology, cost savings or enhanced efficiency. Duncan is a valued member of the team, full of industry knowledge and always available to help anyone, whether that be his colleague or customers. Outside of work, you’ll find Duncan spending quality time with his family, around the fishing lake or following his beloved Manchester United.

After building strong relationships through customer‑facing roles, Lily decided to step into the fast‑paced world of telecommunications, where she now thrives as an Account Manager. With a natural people‑first approach and years of experience working closely with others, Lily is passionate about making sure every customer feels supported, listened to, and well looked after. Fun fact about Lily – she loves long walks with her dogs, spending quality time with friends and family, and is a big Harry Styles fan.

Alan joined Associated Telecom in 2023, bringing over 20 years of experience across telecoms and technology. Starting in business mobile, he quickly expanded into a full range of solutions including IT, broadband, IoT connectivity, SIP, and hosted voice systems. He is known for delivering tailored, future-proof solutions that simplify operations and improve both staff and customer experience. Alan’s approach is to understand each client’s journey and provide clear, practical guidance that saves time, reduces complexity, and supports long-term growth. Outside of work, Alan is a dedicated family man, married for over 20 years with two daughters. He enjoys the outdoors from hiking in Snowdonia to the occasional tandem skydive – and is a passionate Everton FC supporter.

Dave joined us in 2022 having speant over a decade in the telecoms industry, Dave is well versed in offering the best value deals on mobiles, IT and hosted telephone through a friendly and consultative approach. In a previous life Dave has been a London Tour Guide, Holiday Park Presenter and even worked in Lapland with the big man in a red suit! Away from work Dave spends his time with his family and border collie whilst enjoying most sports on the box. A big fan of theatre, TV and of course Beer. His guilty pleasure is Wrestling, best film trilogy of all time. No question, Back to the Future

Luke joined Associated Telecom in 2022 with over a decade of experience in the telecoms industry, He bring a commitment to fairness, transparency, and thoroughness to everything he does and takes pride in building trust and delivering clear, reliable outcomes, whether working with clients or collaborating within teams. Outside of work, Lukes a passionate Formula 1 fan, loves to travel, exploring new cultures and perspectives whenever he can. He’s fluent in two languages, his favourite colour is orange, and his favourite football club is FC Barcelona.

Natalia entered the Telecommunications and IT industry in 2017, initially as an Account Manager specialising in mobile solutions before broadening her expertise to include phone systems, connectivity, and IT services. She brings a well-rounded, practical approach to supporting businesses in improving their communication and overall operations. Natalia focuses on problem-solving, partnering closely with clients to streamline processes, enhance professionalism, and uncover opportunities to boost efficiency and profitability. Whether it’s refining day-to-day communications or delivering tailored solutions, she is committed to keeping things simple, effective, and customer focused.

Outside of work, Natalia enjoys keeping active with squash, tennis, padel, and the gym, balanced out with walks (usually involving a pub stop), socialising, and making the most of any opportunity to get away on holiday for some sun.
