Telesales Executive

Job brief

This is an exciting opportunity to become a Telesales Executive within our Telford Head Office.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be part of a highly motivated team that consistently achieves targets. The role involves building relationships over telephone and email with organisations in order to generate sales. The successful candidate would be expected to learn about ATS’s products, benefits and key personnel in order to answer questions confidently.

We have a number of databases to work off but you will also enjoy free rein in obtaining leads. If you have any existing business contacts you can bring with you, so much the better.


The Person

Experience in sales is desirable, although not essential as full training will be given. What is essential is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will require strong communication skills and motivation to succeed. We work hard but we have fun as well, with social events throughout the year.

Confidence, enthusiasm and a willingness to bring new ideas to the table are encouraged.
